Edit: Sorry, nvm, I'm an idiot Thanks for the prompt replies, I hope a lot of people will see this, download the save, and enjoy it. There is always some people that say "I don't want to get banned for modding but I'd like to check out this mod, etc".
If you are really worried about getting banned for playing this save, you can always just disconnect from Xbox Live and put the save I created onto an offline dummy account instead of your real account, which guarantees that you can get this without a problem.
That being said, I personally play on my Level 34, character while I'm connected to Xbox Live all the time, and have been playing my modded Fallout 3 save that's a Level 50 on Live for years, and have never even had so much as a warning. I read somewhere that only about 10 percent of all people that play games are on the PC.
I want to make good mods for on Bethesda games in particular since the save files are easy to transfer between PC and back to Xbox.
Basically if 90 percent of gamers are playing on consoles, but 99 percent of the mods are only on PC, that doesn't make much sense. What I have been able to do is limited compared to the mods you will find on PC, but I've never seen anything like it on the Xbox except my mod for Fallout 3, which was created with a similar concept in mind. Smackdowner1, there are hundreds of codes I entered into the game using batch files, so there's way more stuff than I can properly test at this time.
